The Customer Service Department, a Division of the Finance Department, prepares the utility bills, answers questions regarding utility service, issues bills for special service areas and sidewalk projects, and processes parking ticket notices and payments. Utility bills are mailed each month for water, sewer, and municipal waste. The City contracts with Waste Management to pick up refuse, recycling and yard waste.

The City offers a discount to residents once they have reached 65 years of age. Seniors who wish to apply for the discount must provide documentation of their age to Customer Service (i.e. a valid driver’s license or ID).
