Bidding Process

 

We transitioned our bid process to an online platform, Bonfire. This transition will streamline the bidding process, making it easier for you to submit bids for upcoming opportunities. There is no cost to the supplier to use City of Joliet Bonfire.

To participate in upcoming bids, please set up your Bonfire account.

Below are the steps to get started:

  1. Visit the Bonfire Portal for the City of Joliet: Joliet Bonfire Portal
  2. Create an Account: Follow the prompts to register and create your account.
  3. Account Confirmation: Check your email for a confirmation link to activate your account.
  4. Enter Account Information: Fill in all required details to complete your profile.
  5. Review Documentation: Ensure all necessary documents are uploaded.
  6. Review and Accept Future Bid Invitations: Once your account is set up, you will receive notifications about open bids and can submit your proposals directly through the Bonfire platform.
